NNA Support at the ordination of Minister Yvonne

NNA have always had strong network in supporting it members and aids them in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Leadership training 30.04.22
As part of the lottery funding to support NNA, the association undertook leadership training as part of measures to equip members to reach out to the community in educating them on Blood Pressure and Diabetes.
Strategic planning of the event was explored and how the association will organise teaching sessions was elaborated.

Leadership skills and emotional intelligence were highlighted as means of achieving set goals during the training.

Career Progression
The career progression course helped strengthen attendance professional skills. It gave up-to-date information with all the latest developments in the healthcare settings.
Attendees were coached on applying for jobs and interview skills for promotional jobs. It also coached on how to acquire more knowledge in one’s current role for those who did not have the desire for higher post.
